Doubts, complaints and claims policy

The magazine undertakes to resolve all doubts, complaints, and claims that may arise during the editorial process. Decisions will be made by ASRI's editorial team, with the director of the magazine, the editor, and, when appropriate, the guest editors, in charge of mediating the conflict. The cases may be studied with the collaboration of the URJC publications staff, always following the recommendations of the Publications Ethics Committee (COPE).

In the case of sending a doubt, complaint, or claim, an email must be written to the contact of the journal that is published on the main page. The response from the journal should not extend beyond 30 business days. In the event that the claim requires an extra response time due to its complexity, the claimant will be informed.

Please make the claim as clear as possible and include as much useful information as possible to facilitate the best resolution of the problem. State where in the ethics statement the journal is failing as proof of your claim.

Those complaints that refer to and criticize third parties, such as authors, guest editors, and/or evaluators, will be considered outside the competence of this journal and this will be stated in the communication to the complainant.

Complaints that are disrespectful and defamatory will not be addressed.
