Claims Policy

• The magazine will deal with any type of complaint that it receives through its contact address as quickly as possible.
• The claim must provide evidence and clearly explain the points of the ethics policy and good practices that, in the eyes of the claim, have been broken by the editorial team.
• All those complaints that offend, disrespect, defame or threaten other authors or the editorial team will not be addressed.
