Architectural heritage faces challenges due to material deterioration and limited technical documentation for structural analysis. This study applies the Scan-to-HBIM-to-FEM workflow, integrating photogrammetry (SfM), terrestrial laser scanning (TLS), HBIM modeling, and finite element simulation to the San Antonio de Padua Church in Riobamba, Ecuador. The results demonstrate a three-dimensional model with high geometric accuracy (deviations < 0.2%), suitable for structural analysis. FEM simulation allowed for the identification of critical stress zones and their relationship to geometric irregularities. It is concluded that the proposed workflow is effective for the documentation and structural evaluation of heritage sites.Downloads
