Abstract

We are currently facing a reality that is influenced by wireless communications, networks, data flows, configuring a new hertzian space where people coexist in a permanent state of connection. The research will focus, precisely in said invisible space, as a place of exploration and artistic intention, presenting the processes and practices that make it perceptible.

Author Biographies

David Trujillo Ruiz, Miguel Hernández of Elche University

David Trujillo (1977) is a Doctor of Fine Arts and professor at the Miguel Hernández University (UMH). His work, as a consequence of his artistic research, has been exhibited at different international fairs and festivals such as: SH Contemporary (Shanghai), ARCO, Estampa, Zootropio (Oporto), Eutopia 2010 (Córdoba) or the 13th Canariasmediafest (Gran Canaria). ). As well as individual exhibitions: Cuentos Hertzianos (2019) Granada, I want to believe (2017) Alicante, The haunting sounds (2014) Alicante, So far this year (2018) Madrid, etc. His works are part of different collections in museums, foundations and public institutions in Spain as a result of the awards and scholarships obtained: Antoni Miró Chair (2018), University of Granada (2018), Resident Culture (2017), F. Soria Award (2018), EAC del Gil Albert (2017), CarsaArte (2014), 3CMCV (2013), Jorge Alió Award (2010), Desencaja 09, Ideas and Proposals for art in Spain (2008), Miradas (2006), for highlight some of the most representative.

Natividad Navalón, Polytechnic university of Valencia

Natividad Navalón, (1961) is a doctor in Fine Arts and professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She has had national exhibitions at the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Spanish Museum of Contemporary Art, Círculo de BBAA, Casa de Velázquez and Fundación Telefónica in Madrid; Girona Museum of Art, Pablo Gargallo Museum, Zaragoza; Fundació Caixa de Pensions, Barcelona; IVAM and Bancaja Foundation in Valencia.
